You were so sweet the minute you walked into my room, genuinely listened  to EVERY concern/request that I had, and made me feel so confident that I was in the best of hands!  John couldn't stop telling me how gorgeous I was...I will always be grateful to you Marci!   You are the absolute best in the industry and I will always refer you to anyone I know that will be getting married in Hawaii!  I hope to have you "doll" me up again for a very special night when John and I come back to visit!"
